In 2010, there was an item, the Skullie, it was very popular on every animal, well not so much the panda, it looked 16+ age wise. Here's what it looked like:

It looks TERRIFYING. So, it was sold for 10 gems in 2010, btu banned for its 16+ look on pandas. It was actually called Skull Braces.

Yea, it was banned for the looks, once again. But they can be found in Jamaa today, only 1 exists, but you can't wear it.
